Morning
Volunteered to plant some trees in conjunction with some green organization with Louise and the ISP Volunteer Club. Only a total of 7 of us showed up. The other members - two of which had to be chauffeurs - were Chinese. There's something very unsettling about having to ride in another 19 year old's brand new Mercedes Benz.
Afternoon
I went to a Bay Area Malaysians' gathering at a park in Sunnyvale with Uncle Alex and Aunt Siew Ming. It was to celebrate the change of government back home. Had a lot of Malaysian food, sang the national anthem, and heard stories of how people struggled to get votes to polling stations from overseas.
Nighttime
Here comes me eating food for free again. Kelly and her uncle invited me to a potluck dinner in one of their church friend's house. Their house is gorgeous, which is a given since they are all rich people. The food was great.
We ended up staying until 2am. The adults were too caught up in their drinking and talking. The other teens have went home, leaving only me and Kelly. We sat outside by their fireglass fireplace, and shared thoughts and past stories while sipping hot tea. She told me a huge secret, one she was so embarrassed about she yelped and hit me in the arm while I cackled at her demise.
After having reveal so much about herself, Kelly wanted me to sleep over at her place, so we could talk more. Her uncle (let's call him Tai) dropped me off to my place so I could pack an overnight bag and we headed back to her house.
